What We Look For

We invest in early-stage startups — from Seed to Series A — that are building high-impact, scalable businesses with the potential to transform industries and reach massive markets across Latin America and beyond.

We focus on companies that have already moved beyond the idea stage and are proving their ability to execute.

Ideal Profile

We’re looking for startups that meet the following criteria:

  • Early traction: Generating between $100K and $250K in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with a clear path toward sustained growth.
  • Operating history: At least 2 years of active operations, with demonstrable improvements in key metrics (revenue, users, retention, etc.).
  • Scalable products: Whether software or physical products, your solution must be designed to scale — across geographies, segments, or use cases.
  • High-impact potential: Your business should be aiming to reach at least 1 million end consumers or 10,000 B2B clients, depending on your model.
  • Challenging and disruptive: We love companies that question the status quo, tackle hard problems, or unlock underserved markets through creative models or new technologies.
  • LATAM focus with global ambition: We prioritize companies expanding into Mexico and Latin America, with a vision to scale internationally, especially into the U.S.

Investment Range

We typically invest between $50K and $250K USD, often as part of a broader round. We are active partners, providing more than capital — we support our portfolio with market entry strategy, connections, distribution partnerships, and operational guidance to accelerate your growth.

Description:
We invest in companies building disruptive technologies or physical products with the ambition to scale across Mexico, Latin America, and eventually the U.S. We look for bold visions backed by clear problem-solution fit.

Founding Team

Description:
We back founders with deep expertise, unique insight into their market, and the grit to navigate cross-border growth. Diverse and committed teams are a strong signal for us.

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Time commitment (full-time/fractional)
  • Previous entrepreneurial or sector experience

Business Fundamentals

Description:
We’re looking for startups with early signs of traction, a clear business model, and a strategy to win. We don’t require revenue, but we do expect clarity on how you create and capture value.

Application Requirements:

  • Deck or one-pager (PDF)
  • Current traction (users, pilots, revenue, partnerships, etc.)
  • Monetization strategy
  • Competitive landscape

Market Expansion

Description:
We look for founders who are eager to localize their go-to-market strategy with our support.

Application Requirements:

  • Market entry challenges identified
  • Existing presence (if any) in the region
  • Support areas you’re looking for (e.g., legal, sales, hiring)

Fundraising & Capital Plan

Description:
We typically invest at seed stage and look for companies raising their first to second institutional round. We aim to be collaborative partners in your journey.

  • Current funding round details (amount, stage, structure)
  • Use of funds
  • Cap table (summary version is enough)
  • Other committed or targeted investors (if any)
